My position on the map is far off

Turn on Precise Location: Settings › Apps › Bridle › Location › Precise Location. Without it, iOS only gives an approximate position, often hundreds of metres off.

Directions stop when my phone is locked

Allow location “Always” for Bridle (Settings › Apps › Bridle › Location), and keep the volume up. Bridle only uses your location in the background during a ride.

How do I share a route?

Open the route, tap ••• and choose Share route. The other rider opens the file and it appears in Bridle. Export as GPX gives a file for other apps.

Moving to a new phone

With iCloud on, your routes and rides come along. You can also make a backup in Settings › Backup and open it on the new phone.

Mijn positie op de kaart klopt niet

Zet Nauwkeurige locatie aan: Instellingen › Apps › Bridle › Locatie › Nauwkeurige locatie. Zonder dat geeft iOS alleen een globale positie, vaak honderden meters ernaast.

De aanwijzingen stoppen als mijn telefoon op slot gaat

Sta locatie “Altijd” toe voor Bridle (Instellingen › Apps › Bridle › Locatie) en zet het volume omhoog. Bridle gebruikt je locatie op de achtergrond alleen tijdens een rit.

Hoe deel ik een route?

Open de route, tik op ••• en kies Route delen. De ander opent het bestand en de route staat in Bridle. Exporteren als GPX geeft een bestand voor andere apps.

Naar een nieuwe telefoon

Met iCloud aan gaan je routes en ritten mee. Je kunt ook een back-up maken via Instellingen › Back-up en die op de nieuwe telefoon openen.
